This is the kind of restaurant what is the perfect reflection of the soul of their two ( twin brothers ) owners: bubbly, honest, fun, serious and kind.
They mix their brazilian influences with their catalan roots and the result is heaven. Double heaven .
Every time I come to Dos Cielos there’s something new , even more beautiful than the last time. This time they cook an incredible “carabinero” ( a mix between shrimp and crab) : the only way I can describe is thinking in a salty and sweet wave in your tongue.
And the dessert with the white chocolate banana fill with banana cream and mango and coconut is like spending a sunny afternoon in a beach in Paraty.

Chiringuito Garbet (open since 1948) is an amazing restaurant in a secluded beach nearby Colera in la Costa Brava.
I just want to say one thing:
With someone you love (that someone can be yourself).
Fucking Superb Desserts.
After “Les Cols” this is one of the most romantic restaurants in the world, even if you are one of these people who cringe when you hear the word “romantic”.
Once in a lifetime. Or a thousand times.

What a wonderful place!!
” Compartir” means “to share” and this is the perfect place to share delicious bites, friendship and joy. The owners are three friends who are the right hands of Ferrà Adrià, and boy, they learnt their lesson : “Compartir” in the beautiful Cadaqués, is the kind of restaurant you wish to come back time and again, just after your last meal there. Sardines, anchovies with orange and hazelnuts buey de mar ( unbelieveble good served inside an oursin with avocado and salmon roe) mussels with bearnaise sauce, cod fritters, oysters in six different ways, tuna, rice… EVERYTHING is good , very good, and the laid back atmosphere and the ultranice , attentive and friendly service makes your time here a very joyful one. Oriol, Mateu , you made me ( and my friends) very happy in “Compartir”

Let ‘s face it: tuna tartare is as common in a restaurant menu as Kenny G’s music on a lift.
But the tuna tartare in ” Los cuatro postes” in Santa Cruz De Tenerife
is one of the best I’ve ever tried. Juicy red tuna with minuscule bits of tomato, a touch of cold pressed virgin olive oil, tabasco and some secret ingredient they didn’t want to share with me.And also the biggest portion ( ask one for two) . They also serve tasty wild mushrooms ( a special kind of boletus from the island) in several ways, and a delicious shrimp tartare with salmon.
The music in the restaurant is too loud, the witches hanging from the cieling are kind of scary, the pictures in the walls showing famous people with the charming owner and the gigantic red plastic flowers make “Los cuatro postes” a challenging aesthetic experience. But the tuna tartare makes you forget everything.
