This Is a wonderful place for all vegetable lovers…And food lovers in general. The chef Xavier Pellicer shows how any vegetable can be transformed in the most delicious meal…in some cases with the little help of some pig’s parts. Eggplant ( with a touch of catalan sausage “botifarra”) Pumpkin ( the Pumpkin tatin with an almost Transparent touch of pig’s cheek was delicious) Celeri a la Meuniére.. The highlight of the dinner was a dish made with green peas , black truffle And the wild mushroom”trumpetes de la mort”: a m a z i n g!!!

Very good coffee served in beautiful old cups. Amazing pies And cakes, great service, And a beautiful wall with pink flamingos. Who can ask for anything else?
